I've SM-A505FN (A50 dual sim) and many problems with May update. Why normal A50 receive update and my phone nothing?

Was the phone bought directly from Samsung ?
Or was it supplied as part of a mobile phone contract ?
Was the phone bought from another country and imported into yours ?
Have you tried the Samsung Smartswitch software to check for any software updates.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
