Website deletion / blocking on J3 phone

My J3 has been violated with an inappropriate website which defies all my attempts to delete.

Does anyone know how to delete unwanted sites and stop them returning please?

The 100% way is a Hard reset/factory reset so it wipes the phone info bellow on how too

 

Hard Reset SAMSUNG J320P Galaxy J3 (2016) First method:

  1. Frist of all, switch off the cell phone by pressing the Power button.Hard Reset SAMSUNG J320P Galaxy J3 (2016)

  3. Then select from Recovery Mode menu "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.Remove screen password SAMSUNG J320P Galaxy J3 (2016)

  6. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

  1. Start by turninng on the device.Hard Reset SAMSUNG J320P Galaxy J3 (2016)
  2. From the Home Screen go to Menu and then to Settings.
  3. Tap Backup & reset and then Reset device.
  4. To confirm your choice select Erase everything.
  5. That's all. You have just performed the factory reset operation.

Also download an antivirus paid is best but free is better than none such as AVG
