Smart Switch download page times out

Hi all,

I'm unable to download Smart Switch for Windows.

The download page is timing out:

Also, I did call support but the lady simply said "well it's working on my end so there is no problem with smart switch".

Unelievably unhelpful and unwilling to forward the issue internally.

Hi @chrescht ,

I'm based in the UK, and managed to download it pretty quickly from that global download link just now, so might be worth trying again (if you haven't already).

Also, I downloaded this in Chrome. If this doesn't work, and you're using a different browser, try this in Chrome too.

Thanks for the hint, Chrome did the trick.

Whoever designed that website messed up. The download works neither in Firefox nor in Microsoft Edge.
