Hi,
Is anyone else having issues trying to delete the voicemail icon in the top left hand corner, tried all sorts rebooting, deleting data and opening answerphone and close but nothing works

Hi. I was having the same issue but I had a look on my network community (EE) and someone said said.... call your phone and leave a message, listen to it and delete it. This worked for me and it I hope it resolves your issue too

Have you tried deleting the left message from your voicemail itself @Mitch5007 ?

Hmmm if this was my phone then I'd shut it down and then from a set series of button pressess that takes you into the phone file system clear the system cache.
Edit > Also try ejecting the sim card and re Insert it.

Found a fix, I went in to setting and mobile networks and registered on the EE network and opened the icon and after 20 sec closed the call and it disappeared thanks all for the replys

I am having the same issue. I went to Seetings>Connections>Mobile Networks but I do not see anything about EE... What is that?

EE is a Mobile Network.

Hi just choose your network, so if your Vodafone or TMobile choose that and then follow rest
