Hello, 

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 8, SM-N950U version. How to resolve Product Code: Not Active in my phone. Please see the attached images, and if have any suggestions please help me.

"Phone Info" is a third party app, ask their support.

If you want to find out the product code, that's at the end of the provider software information.
