Hi, I can back up my data ok but when I click restore the app just spins for a few seconds and then closes. I have the latest version of cloud installed. I have tried uninstalling the app but it immediately forces me to reinstall the same version. I have tried clearing cache and data. Can anybody assist please? Thank you . Steve
