Processing Failed

I'm unable to log into my Samsung account on my new S8 to back up to the cloud. Also unable to log in on my (now) old S6 in order to factory reset it.

I can loginto my Samsung account online, but on both my S8 and S6 I get a Processing Failed message, despite resetting my account several times online. It just won't accept the correct ID and password.

 

I've searched the internet for solutions, but can't find anything that works! Any ideas?

Hey @HellYeah

Could you try clicking here on your phone, you will be able to download an APK to receive an update. 

Let us know if this works. :smileyhappy:

What happens when you try to download the APK from that link?

 

Also, which phone do you have - and what's the Android version on it?

I had the same problem. Though the problem for me was that my Samsung account was suspended. You get an alert in your email to update you information on your account. If you take no action, the account gets suspended. So I went onto the web browser and updated the information. Then, the message no longer was there.

I had the same issue and phoned the Samsung support line.  They checked my account and advised that I had made a mistake inputting my date of birth when registering.  They got me to sign into my account online and correct the error and that resolved the problem immediately.
