I optimistically came over from using Apple phones for many years. I purchased the flagship Note 8 which I was very excited about. I loved using the phone until I started to get moisture detected issues about 8 months later. I knew there was no moisture in the port, but this was a software issue. Samsung managed to fix this through an update. Then I was happy until I got Android Pie update. I suddenly started getting bluetooth issues. I can no longer synchronise my phone to the car which is essential. Sorry Samsung but in under2 years, I have had two major issues and I'm sorry to say, but in 7 years, I did not have one issue with Apple. I'm very sad as I really like Samsung phones, but I cant live with a phone with constant software issues that makes the user experience so terrible.
