New Software Update Crashing Phone (S8+)

[Newest update installed April 23rd, 2019 on Samsung Galaxy S8+.] This update has completely jacked my phone. I will be doing something (texting, watching a stream, playing a game, etc.) and my phone will make a monotone high-ish pitched noise for about 5-10 seconds, then my phone randomly shuts off and restarts. I have 0 idea how to fix this. I was NOT having this problem before the latest software update! Samsung, please fix this!! If anyone knows what's going on, answers would be great.

If this was affecting my phone I would carry out the following 4 actions.

1. Turn the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and delete the cache files.

2. Put the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see if things improve.

3. Back up and factory reset.

4. Seek support from a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
