It's been happening to me too for the past few days. I've been playing Candy Crush Saga only for my J3 (2017) to restart at random intervals. Again I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing the cache and a factory reset but no luck whatsoever. Also I find that after my phone restarts one or more of the Google apps "keep stopping".
Hi all.
For those of you still experiencing this issue after troubleshooting (checking available memory; apps up to date; Safe Mode and data backup and factory reset etc.) I've received confirmation that a patch will be released to fix this specific issue.
The more official advice is:
"We have received a small number of reports of this behaviour and are improving this in the next update. We always advise that you are on the latest version of the software, so please keep checking for updates frequently. To make sure that you are notified when an update is available to you, make sure you have ‘Download updates automatically’ set to on in the Settings of your phone."
I'd like to thank you guys for bringing this issue to our attention, and for the efforts you've made to help produce a fix for it.
I'm in the exact same place. Today I haven't been able to play at all. Yesterday, fine all day.
Same here, keeps rebooting at anytime several times a day. My husband's phone too. Ever since the last software update. Fed up of it now! COME ON Samsung, get it fixed!!!
Same problem here. When are they going to fix this?
We did it guys! We're getting a patch!
Great that's fantastic! Any idea when? 🤔

Now just to play the waiting game....
No idea when. Gotta wait till the mods tell us more.
