Been informed that this is the place for me to feedback and request changes and the software techies will see it.

I did the update last night and am disappointed with what I see now, in two places specifically.

1. The home icon s have changed to unmarked blobs. I wish for the old style to be returned are at least an option to choose what I see.

2. The 'Show All' has changed from an easy to see in one place stack format to a wide swipe-swipe format. Please can I have the stack format back or at least an option to choose what I see.

This forum is indeed a good place to share your experiences  @DeanH1 

 

However the Samsung Members app  / Samsung + App is the best place to send feedback directly to Samsung.

Thanks BoB for the reply.
Can you expand on exactly where you mean for me to post as I can not find a section called 'Samsung + App'
Do you mean Mobile App & Services and the subsection called Apps?

Or do you mean the "Other Smartphone / Apps & Software" subsection?
It took me ages yesterday to workout how to even post on this forum so please be gentle.

Some people have the Samsung Members App  and others have the Samsung + App dependant on where they live.

 

For example I'm in the UK and so have the Samsung Members App.

thanks for the quick reply

UK - I have this Samsumg Members app as told by Samsung Support to do so - and I used this app to do my initial message within the "Other Smartphones" section - but where are you telling me to post my issue instead?

ok Feedback not a Forum post that I was informed to do.

 

And I finally found this Feedback; for anyone else, click on Get Help, then scroll down.

 

This Members site is very busy and not easy to find what you are looking for.
