All,

I constantly have a low wifi signal (confirmed by the bars at the top of the screen and slow app connections) . I've tried different routers and removing and re-adding the network. Phone restarts also don't make any difference.

Does anyone have the same issue or any solutions?

Does the issue happen wether your connecting to your home Broadband wifi or a free coffee shop option or a friends Wi-Fi.

You could try splitting the frequencies in your router if it allows that to 2.4ghz and 5ghz and then connect to one and then the other as some devices prefer one over the other.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks for your help.

I don't get much chance ot test it on other networks so I'm not sure.

The frequencies are split. It won't connect to the 5G network, I don't think it's 5G capable?

I just noticed, on the phone, that if I select the network under settings/wifi it shows 78mbps. That might be a clue as I would expect it to run on 802.11g which is a max of 54mbps? It might be using a different part of the 802.11 specification for some reason and that's the issue?

Thanks
