I have seen posts in other forums from last year with people stating they have used the upgrade program to purchase this phone in the UK. Is it not possible to do this anymore as I have searched the site and can't find any way of doing it

Its discretionary so can be removed at anytime by Samsung. 

 

I cant see it in the check out process. 

 

Id suggest to ring them via Contact Us.
