Frozen Samsung s7

My S7 freezes and i can restart it holding power and volume button this is inconvenient .I did a factory reset and still got same problem ?Should i buy a new phone ?Regards Roy

If a factory reset didn't help then you should either bring it to Samsung and let them check it or buy a new phone.

If you can get into it then immediately put it in Safe Mode which disables the downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens.

 

If the phone is ok then one or more of your downloaded apps are causing conflict. Cone out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent apps one at a time until it stops.

 

If it continues in Safe Mode and the factory reset isn't helping then let a Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre have hands on with it @BIBURYBILL
