Don't want to sync gallery to new phone.

Hello!

I have been using S8+ for over 2 years now and just got the Note 10+ 5G and I have smart switched however I didn't want to carry forward my gallery. Is their a way to leave the gallery in the cloud? And start new on this phone for the gallery and still have it synced to the cloud? Meaning any new pics I take are backed to the cloud but I don't have any pics that I've taken previously on this device.

Any help would be so helpful! Thank you!

When you transferred your data from your old phone to your Note10+ through Smart Switch, you should have been given the option of what you wanted to transfer. Do you recall seeing this option?
