So, I went to turn on the Dolby Atmos setting on my Samsung Galaxy S8 and it was greyed out and I can't select it, any solutions?

Can you first try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.

See if that resets it to then let you.

If it doesn't then put the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see if it let's you.

If it does then one or more of your apps are causing this and may need their preferences changing or the app deleting.

If it still does not in Safe Mode then consider backing up then remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.

If it still doesn't then use a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
