Hi there. I have a Galaxy S8 and recently took software update. Since then my battery life has dramatically dropped and I keep getting Device maintenance messages advising me that some apps or processes are overloading the system and need to be closed. I have been in contact with Samsung and took their advice following various different options to do factory reset. I have done three resets and still have issue. Would really appreciate help with this. Thank you. Genie
I would go back to Samsung and let them know their advice hasn't worked and see what they suggest, because to be honest if this won't go away no matter what you do to me it suggests some sort of bug in the update is causing this.
