I have an S8 and love DeX. I have been using it with a USB-C dock (with HDMI and USB ports) and it works really well.
However, I have just got a lovely portable 15" touchscreen monitor. It has HDMI & USB and, when connected using the dock, works brilliantly for DeX. It also has a USB-C port and can connect with just one cable phone to monitor. Unfortunately, this doesn't trigger DeX. In fact, I can't even find a way to change the aspect ratio on screen mirroring as you can with HDMI. This is a shame, because DeX on this would make a fantastic tablet!
Is there any way to enable support for using a USB-C touchscreen monitor with DeX, or at least changing the aspect ratio?
