Can't post a problem - post flooding message

I can't post a problem because I keep getting "You have autosaved message - discard" and then

"Correct the highlighted errors and try again. Post flooding detected (community received posts of a unique message more than 1 times within 3,600 seconds)"

All I want to do is post and message and to see a "success".

What is wrong?

I have solved this problem. It appears I have to enter a tag, but the "highlight" to which the message refers is not clear at all. The field should be highlighted, not the text.

An other way to fix it is to preview your message. You sometimes have to click it twice, because there's often strange error messages like "This widget could not be displayed" (just right now) or "invalid HTML".
