Call volume low galaxy s8

Today my phone did a software update. Prior to the update my in call volume was fine. Post update the in call volume is so low I can barely hear it ring and to hear the person on the call I have to turn on speaker phone. My call volume is turned all the way up. I cleaned the ear piece, restarted my phone and I tried a factory reset. No luck. I'm not sure what my next course of action is. But I can say that each time my phone updates, the changes that are made with each new update make my phone worse than before. Either a feature I enjoyed is removed or changed or something such as this happens. IMO the updates are not improving my experience with my galaxy.

You could try the Samsung tests.

go over to your dial pad and type in *#0*#, this will bring up a number of tests.

If that does not help then when one of the Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centres are reopened they could take a look at the phone for you.
