Bootloader unlocked note8

My Note 8 bootloader appears to be unlocked...

I got a replacement phone from my insurance company which uses a registered official repair and supplier of Samsung phones and parts.

Upon attempting to use Google pay, the app tells me the phone has been altered in some way (root or bootloader) and it cannot authenticate for security reasons.

My phone has never been altered by me since I got it. 

How do I re-lock the boot loader so I can use Google pay as Samsung pay does not support my bank.

Please do be aware; if the engineers discover the phone has been rooted there would nothing they can do for you.
