BT email not syncing

Hi, I have weak wifi and no data (abroad at the moment) and BT email has stopped syncing. My work email on 1and1 is fine. This is happening on an S7, A3 and Tab S tablet.

Anyone got any ideas on a fix or workaround? Thanks

Are you using a third party app or the stock email app?

I'm in the UK using a bt email address and from experience it needs a good stable wifi or mobile data signal to sync to receive emails from the server. 

 

Without this your a bit stuck unless you can try changing network manually or find a better wifi signal.

Just the stock Samsung App. I think the other post clarified things, suspect it's a BT server issue. Many thanks for responding.
