Signed up for 6 months free Apple Music with EE only to find I am unable to install it, apparently due to the S8+ not being compatible.
Spoke to EE, Google and Apple so far with everyone passing the buck. Been on many forums with some people claiming they had no problems and many others with exactly the same problem.
Whilst trying to install it, a dropdown list appears telling me I can install it on my S6, which I obviously don't want to do.
Anyone else have any ideas, other than installing a different apk?

Hi @racoonjuggler! I've spoken with our Product Specialists about this, and they have not found a reason as to why your phone is showing as not compatible with Apple Music. Have you spoken with your network provider about this yet? Please try again and let us know how you get on. :smileyhappy:
I have this exact same problem and have also spoken to Google/EE/Apple and they all have passed the buck.
Please help as everything else I have tried has failed
I have just had an S8+ from EE last Wednesday and have Apple Music installed and working on the free 6 months
I transfered all data and apps from my Note 4 to the S8+ so it copied Apple music over..
When I go on my PC to the Google play store it states it is compatible with both my devices, which are the S8+ and my old Note 4..
After turning my s8 to battery saving mode I tried installing apple music again a day later and "the device is not compatible" error disappeared. Hope it can work for you as well.
