Sometimes when I lock my phone, instead of the Always On Display appearing, it shows a messed up pattern like the static on an old TV. After a while, it does display the AOD correctly, but it's kind of annoying when it happens.

That's not good @zUltra 

 

Have you tried a Soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.

 

As a very last resort back up and factory reset.

 

The only avenues after that is a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
