how update app dialer

My phone has 3.0 version but i like version 10, how come samsung don't update dialer app?......recents etc at top of dialer but on others bottom of dialer. I did try APK side load didn't allow me though on version 10

Hi, which phone do you use ? take care when you sideload apk they can be not compatible with your device
