I have just upgraded to the s10 from the s8, previously and now with the new phone my messages will not deliver to a specific contact who has a s9. I have to turn my wifi and mobile data off to be able to send the message.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so do you know how to resolve this.

Just to clarify, is this only happening with this one particular number? Are all other messages being sent successfully? Do you receive any kind of error message when this happens?
