Samsung pay not available

When I try to use the Samsung Pay app on my new galaxy s8 plus, I get a screen saying Samsung pay is coming soon? I am in the UK

May I ask.....

Was your phone purchased from Samsung Uk directly or supplied by a Uk Mobile phone company ?

Can you check that your Bank has come onboard with Samsung Pay ?

I'm afraid it was bought from Italy. Does that mean I won't be able to use Samsung pay?

Its the very reason I didn’t buy the Samsung Note Fe phone because it’s firmware wouldn’t allow Samsung Pay to work as it wasn’t released for my country.

I can't find Samsung pay on my S7 i'm from france and when i search it on the playstore my version is too late i download Oreo 9.0

Hey @Luc2917! Sorry you are experiencing difficulties with the Samsung Pay app! If you bought your S7 in France and added Samsung Pay to it in France, you'd be unable to use Samsung Pay in the UK. Are you currently in the UK? :robotindifferent:

Currently i live in France and i bouger it on amazon
