I have song's on my Samsung tablet but want them on my Samsung phone, how do I do it? Thought they would sync. TIA

Hi, thanks, but pain especially when I want to add song's at different times to which device at hand then have to go through smart switch app every time to sync songs, will it duplicate one's already synced? Surely there's easier and more efficient way?? Both devices one account so thought it would be the norm to have song's available on both. Thanks anyway.
