I use Samsung Health to track my workouts.
Despite there being many options why are HIIT and Bootcamp not listed - both very current, popular workouts.

I've been doing insanity and depending on what I choose get completely different results I get almost 1000 cals burnt in aerobics and 400 in circuit. I'd much rather have the higher results but I think it's more realistic to assume the circuit results. I wonder what will give us the closest result. I also wonder is it tracked by movement or just estimated by workout selected and time you do it for. Does that mean I can just turn my workout trackerntracker oand leave it on the sofa rather then currently stuffing it in my bra😅😅
