@Precious31481: If you go to Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings, is there an option called 'Reset Network Settings'? If so, please select this option and let me know if this resolves your issue. If not then please restart the S10+ in Safe Mode by following the steps below and monitor the phone's performance for a few hours. If you notice an improvement then restart the phone as you would normally, and delete and recently installed third party apps.
Turn the device off > Press and hold the Power key > Release the Power key when the S10 logo appears > Press and hold the Volume Down key immediately after releasing the Power key > Continue to hold the Volume Down button until the device finishes booting.
