No option to claim galaxy buds in Members app

I am trying to complete the claim process for an S10 I purchased during the week that qualifies for the free buds offer on https://www.samsung.com/uk/galaxy-buds-offer/

I'm stuck on step 2, there is no "Your Galaxy Buds are calling" tab to click in the Benefits section.

Hi

Make sure you are doing the redemption through the Members app on your new device. The App won't let you claim if you aren't using a valid device, an S10 in your case.
