@MahdiMohamadi61: Please can you confirm your phone's model number and current Android version? Have you completed an external backup of your data on Smart Switch or Samsung Cloud? If the images are no longer showing in your Gallery app then please check Apps > My Files > Images, or check out Google Photos to see if the photos have been automatically archived here: https://www.google.com/photos/about/
