Music Playlists - 2 Questions: backup playlists to PC and to Samsung Cloud

I'd be very grateful for info on how to:

1 - back up playlists (just the song names - not the actual music) on to PC and

2 - back up the playlist song names to the Samsung Cloud.

Is this just for reference purposes? Where do you have your playlists stored and which music app are you using?

I thought I replied to this a few days ago but it looks like I haven't. Apologies.

What I want to be able to do is to save the playlists and the names of the songs in each list so that I can restore them if I change or lose the phone. 

I'd like to be able to store these lists on the phone itself as well as on the PC.
