Missing Benefits tab in my Samsung Members app

Hi, I was trying to redeem the pre-order Galaxy Earbuds in the Members app when I realized I have no Benefits tab anywhere. Anyone has any ideas why is it not there and how could I fix it? (Preordered through Vodafone in Ireland). Thanks!

 Great stuff, I was about to post this link in a few mins, I was just trying to verify that it works... It will work but for now, it doesn`t... I guess the demand is a lot more than they anticipated

uploading your photo'sof the receipt etc can be very slow, but im sure it will get faster over the next few days etc

Do you know if there is a link that could work outside the UK and Ireland? I live in Cyprus if that helps.
