Just put new sim into new phone. All great until my settings keeps telling me my number is unknown AND my usual 02 big bundles where I would get 1000 mins of calls and texts is now taking 10-20p per text or call?!

This is my first samsung and I would really appreciate the help

Did you manage to get this resolved. Have you spoken to your Network Provider about the charges and bundle?
