Cannot Connect to Internet on Galaxy a10 without network

I cannot connect to mobile Internet on Samsung Galaxy a10 Smart phone without using a network. What Settings do I need to use to connect to Internet?

We're not quite sure what you mean here, @LucyB. Are you trying to connect to the internet using your mobile phone network data as opposed to Wi-Fi?

I spent time talking to Samsung support and Vodafone support who managed to fix the phone. The issue is now resolved and I can connect to the Internet using my smartphone.
