When I turn the machine on, it fails to start on the first attempt.

The blue lights blink, and alerts sound - this repeats several times before eventually starting.

Cycle is very noisy and items are not as clean as once upon a time.

What is the fault please?

@Doris89: Can you see an error message/information code on the display when you turn on the dishwasher? Which cycle are you running when the issue occurs? Can you describe the noise you're hearing while its in operation? If the dishes aren't coming out as clean as before, check the filters and make sure that they're clean and free from debris, and that they're properly in place. No error message since it has no display.

It's a clunky, whirring sound I believe it is the bottom waterwall struggling to start.  Happens on every cycle. I've taken it apart and thoroughly cleaned all filters
