Washing machine stops mid cycle

Hi, 

I have the BubbleWash VRTplus 10kg and it recently stopped working towards the beginning of a wash. For instance, if I put it on Daily Wash mode, it always now stops at 56 mins. Can someone please advise on a fix or solution?

Could you confirm the full model code of your Washing Machine? You can find this on a label on the inside of the door.

Also, do you receive an error code when the machine stops?

I have the same issue the Samsung Bubblewash vtrplus 10kg. 

How fo I get it fixed or get help? Where do it need to contact?
