I've just got a new WF70F5E2W4X washing machine. I've tried to connect to it using both my iPad and android phone but I'm getting the same message on both devices.
When I press the delay and options buttons together the display reads " -: ' ". When the devices read this the washer app only says "Check the EEPROM".
What does this mean? Is there a problem with my new washer?
I've just recieved a new washing machine, downloaded the App and the same message appears on mine.
Did you get any feedback, is this just a normal setting if there aren't any faults to report, or is it something else?
Hi "Smart Check" does not connect to wifi or your phone.
There is an APP called "Smart Check" when you press the correct buttons on the washing machine a number of lights appear on the washing machine.
Us the APP and scan the display this will tell you what they mean.
Its just a basic feature how to read error codes.
Some basic or older models do not have wifi.
