@F-D-Shikder: If you press the power button on the machine, is it unresponsive? Are you able to try a different power outlet to determine if the issue lies with the machine or the plug socket itself? Similarly, can you check to make sure that the plug is pushed all the way in to the wall. If the problem persists then I recommend contacting the retailer as you are within the 30 day window to arrange a refund or replacement. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
