We've had this machine for over 5 years, and are generally pleased. One bugbear - the machine will show 'x' minutes before the cycle finishes which just isn't accurate - e.g. 9 mins left on the cycle, but the machine continues for another 30 minutes plus. Also it won't always spin at the end of the wash. As the machine is on delayed start so that the washing is ready to be put out before leaving for work, this has become a real problem.
