Unable to screen mirror using Smart View from a Galaxy S9 to a Family Hub

Hi, I just bought a Family Hub fridge freezer in the UK, and I'm trying to get it to mirror the screen of my Galaxy S9.

Both devices are on the same wifi network, and other apps are working fine.

When I open Smart View on the S9, it doesn't detect the Family Hub.

The Samsung website suggests that this should work: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00049765/

 

Can anyone help? I'd prefer not to have to do a factory reset if it can be avoided!

Unsure if you've sorted this, but shouldn't be any need for a factory reset for this one. What's the model number of your Family Hub?
