Samsung fridge freezer adjustable leg issues

Hi everyone, 

 

Really bizarre but bought a Samsung fridge freezer, model number RB29FSRNDBC, and the right leg just won't adjust. It has the wheels on the back and two adjustable legs on the front. 

 

When I unpacked it and lifted it off the polystyrene the right leg fell out and it's almost impossible to get back in. I finally managed it but it only turns very slightly before being completely stuck - so no adjustment. The left one is fine. Spoke to Samsung support and then said that the right one isn't adjustable, it's supposed to stop after a few turns, but surely this can't be the case as you would have no chance of levelling  front to back. 

Any ideas would be appreciated.

This doesn't sound quite right! We've had a quick look at the user manual (page 18 here), and this does refer to being able to adjust both front feet of the Fridge Freezer.

Bought a fridge freezer model RL38C776ASR

both levelling legs won’t turn as per manual instructions on page 33. It say use screwdriver. Tried failed called Samsung   I was told I need a spanner supplied by them which I did not find in any packaging. 

looking at the legs looks like no room for that spanner .

 

could I get some help or advise
