My samsung above for a few weeks was making a really loud scraping sound when going into the spin its still spun the washing fine until yesterday and now it wont spin and stays on 9 minutes. I have cleared the debris filter checked the waste pipe etc. Before i have to pay £50 call out for someone to come check it i wondered if anyone has had this issue. It is 4 years old tomorrow would you believe !! i think its the bearing possibly when the drum is empty and you try to turn it it sort of grinds and wont spin round
I have a very similar problem with mine. Just done a load of washing that was dripping when I took it out. Put it back on a spin only cycle and while it's not terribly noisy it's just stuck on 9, keeps gently turning the washing but no spin. Help!!!
