Samsung AddWash™ WW90K5410UX/EU 4C Error

Hi ive just brought a new washing machine to replace my old Indisit Moon, its the Samsung AddWash™ WW90K5410UX/EU. I installed the machine and my wife washed the first load of washing fine, everything happened the way it should but when she went to do the next load the washing machine went to the 4C error which i know is about filling the machine but i hear no filling noise. The pressure is fine as my other machine had no problems like this. Any ideas

Have you ensured that the water supply valve is open and that the water inlet valve is not clogged in any way?#

Water supply valves are open and fine, water pressure is fine. The washer does the first load of washing fine but shows 4c error soon as the next load of washing is started. Only way to get my washing out is set washer to rinse and spin, the washer fills fine and does the cycle.
