I had a fault with my old fridge freezer and SAmsung provided me with a replacement, I've registered my new fridge freezer but it asks for date of purchase and retailer, I cant complete these fields, does it affect my product ?
Have you tried registering the original date of purchase and retailer as this is when your warranty runs from?
