New dryer makes noise like a jackhammer

I've had the very expensive DV90N8288AX for less than 1 month.  It now makes a humming noise which is one step down from a jackhammer.  You can hear it two stories down on the other side of the house.  It's not just loud - it's unlivable.  I am so upset over spending so much money on this.  Samsung is sending a repair person but not until end of week.  Has anyone else had this problem with the humming dryer?  If so what happened?  Thanks for reading.

Did you have an engineer out to look at your Dryer?

Hi ChrisM - Yes I did. It was the fan hitting another internal part of the machine. It was a factory defect as I've had the dryer less than one month. But it is fixed now.
