I brought a new Samsung fridge in 2017. It's self defrosting, however, my freezer box has warped and buckled on the back and bottom with what seems to be a build up of ice inside the unit. I can no longer fit our icemaker in the freezer as the back wall has pushed in. Please can someone help! I've turned the power off for a day, but the freezer wall and floor is now permanently warped.
