My eldery in laws just bought this machine and maybe only used it 3 times, after each wash the machine is filling with water even though it is powered off, the first time this happened they opened the door to put in laundry and it flooded their kitchen. Anyone ever experienced this before or know of the problem ?

Are you still having issues with this?

Can you try running the washing machine on an empty load to see if this fills with water or if it drains correctly?

hi JordanH, thanks for your reply, sorry I'm just getting back now as I was away weekend. They tried what you have suggested and it's still the same. There is an engineer coming out tomorrow but I wanted to see if it was anything obvious that I could have tried beforehand.
