Hey !

Our new cooler/freezer Model RB41J7335 WW are giving us some 2nd thoughts.  Everything seems to work fine and we get the desired temeperature at the bottom of the cooler cavity, but at the top there´s a considerate increase in temperature.
Nothing is blocking the vent channels in the back.
When there is a need for lower temp in the cooler, there´s a ventilator starting, sucking cold air from the freezer. When the temperature sensor in the cooler experiences the desired temperature the ventilator shuts off. As the the air from the ventilator experiences some resistance to pass through the channels at the back, the temperature remains slightly to high at the top of the cooler.
Is there a way to force more air towards the top, I haven´t seen any wanes that are adjustable ?

Please give us some advice.

Hi @Coolcool.

We've asked for a little more technical advice on this from our Domestic Appliance specialists. We'll get back to you when we receive a reply.
